Who I am
Hello World! My name is Josh Petersen, I am a Front-end Web Developer based out of Vancouver, BC. I am also a Father, Husband, Musican and Creative. I recently graduated form Juno College’s immersive Web Development Bootcamp where I handed my skills in development and learned a lot about how it is to work as a team.
I love building Web applications that are responsive but still hold lots of creative value. I am constantly learning and striving to make my work even more accessible.
When I’m not coding you can find me hanging out with my wife and daughter, playing shows around BC, or out on the water on my paddle board. Oh ya and I am a HUGE Star Wars nerd (what’s your TK number?)

React Jack
Blackjack game build with react and using the Deck Of Cards api to manage the deck.
Hue Are You?
This app uses two api calls to get hex code information about the user's choice of makeup brand and then displays a dutch painting depending on the users color choice from their brand choice. This was a 4 person React project.
